- Tests are booked first come, first served
- Testing hours will vary from day to day between the hours of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Each individual appointment will take approximately 2 hours
- Dates & times are subject to change
- $120 per test
- Criti Care Paramedic Physical Fitness Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue
- REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, August 16, 2013. For late registrations, a $50.00 additional charge will be applied.
Criti Care Paramedic Physical Fitness Assessment Certificates must be returned to the Criti Care EMS, 106, 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3R6 by Monday, August 26, 2013 at 4:00 pm. Certificates submitted after this date will not be accepted.
