Cost

• $295.00 (non-refundable) Payable when you register (cost includes GST)
• No refund if you do not show up
• Payment is non-transferable from person to person
• The $295.00 fee is good for one test only
• Refunds, less a $15.00 administration fee, will be granted ONLY with a valid medical certificate
• Candidates must give 4 working days (Mon. to Fri.) notice to have test date changed
• Candidates are required to have completed physician's release form (PDF) together with a payment at the time of the registration
• NO phone registrations, candidates may register by mail, fax or in person only
• Please make cheques payable to the University of Manitoba
• We accept, visa, master card, interact, cheque or cash
• All scheduled appointments are subject to cancellations by the University of Manitoba, notification of this will be provided 4 days in advance.
