Paramedic Physical Fitness Assessment Schedule

November 6 - 9, 2012

➢ Tests are booked first come, first served

➢ Testing hours will vary from day to day between the hours of 7:00 am – 9:30 pm

➢ Each individual appointment will take approximately 2 hours

➢ Dates & times are subject to change

➢ $120 per test, refunds only when a valid medical certificate is presented

➢ North Eastman Health Association Paramedic Physical Fitness Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue

➢ REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, November 2, 2012

North Eastman Health Association Paramedic Physical Fitnesss Assessment Certificates must be returned to Darcie Buxton, North Eastman Health Association, on Day 1 of Orientation. Certificates submitted after this date will not be accepted.
