PARAMEDIC PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT

May 24, 2013

• Tests are booked first come, first served
• Testing hours will vary from day to day between the hours of 7:00 am – 9:30 pm
• Each individual appointment will take approximately 2 hours
• Dates & times are subject to change
• $120 per test, refunds only when a valid medical certificate is presented
• City of Winnipeg Fire Paramedic, Paramedic Physical Fitness Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue
• REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Late registrations, $50.00 additional charge will be applied.

City of Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services PARAMEDIC PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT Certificates must be returned to the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, 2nd Floor, 185 King Street by Monday, May 27th at 4:00 pm. Certificates submitted after this date will not be accepted.
