The success of the Faculty of Medicine in achieving its mission depends on contributions of over 1400 faculty members.  Some of these are Basic Scientists and Full-Time Academic Clinicians (GFTs).  Many are Part-Time teachers who also contribute to the administrative functions of the faculty.  These members are invaluable to the faculty and are recognized by a formal University appointment.
