The proposed Career Development and Performance Feedback policy and performance guidelines have been substantially redrafted based on feedback we received at our Open Forum in April, 2013 and from the input provided to us by faculty members over the summer.

The latest draft policy and performance guidelines are available to review under Policy Documents. The policy proposes an annual performance feedback cycle for GFT faculty members and a biennial performance feedback cycle for faculty with Nil salaried academic appointments.
The University of Manitoba Faculty Association (UMFA) has provided substantial feedback into the policy. A process that includes UMFA faculty members is being developed in collaboration with UMFA and UMFA faculty members and will be developed over the next year.
