September 2013:  Electronic Performance Review Report Forms are developed and ready for testing with faculty members

October 2013:  Final drafts of policy and performance guidelines sent to Dean’s Council and Faculty Executive Council for approval

October – December 2013: Presentation to Departments around the logistics and expectations of performance reviews

October – December 2013:  Continued testing and development of electronic reporting tool

January 2014 – Policy is implemented with GFT and Nil Salaried faculty members

January 2015 – Policy is evaluated to ensure process is working for faculty and Departments and UMFA faculty members are incorporated into policy

January 2016 – Policy review date
