All assessors, regardless of background or previous experience, will have to completed a comprehensive training program specific to the Manitoba Practice Assessment Program (MPAP) in order to ensure that a consistent approach is used for assessments, completion of assessment tools, and report writing. 

Training is conducted in a blended format including both online and face-to-face sessions.
