Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence will be a custom request for each client.  The client is required to provide all sample material including any necessary positive and negative controls.  Primary and secondary Antibodies, IgG controls, normal serum, blocking solutions, nuclear stains excluding hematoxylin or DAPI, buffers except TBS and PBS and any developing substrates, kits or complexes must be provided.  If all supplies are not provided, the histology lab will order what is required with a supplied FOAP or account number. 

A pilot experiment will be designed with histology staff and the client and only carried out once the protocol is agreed upon.  The client will then assess the slides to determine any necessary changes to the protocol.  Multiple pilot experiments may be conducted before proceeding with the desired samples.  Only once the client approves the pilot will the full run of samples be completed.  Any analysis of the final product will be done by the client and NOT histology staff.

Each pilot and experimental run will be charged $25.00/hour (approximately 7 hours depending on slight protocol changes and the number of slides) as well as $30.00/slide.
