Contract of Supervision Highlights

  1. MD supervises
  2. MD directs & reviews the work, clinical records & practice of the ACA
  3. MD assigns duties (must be able to perform themselves), ACA performs delegated duties (must have been adequately trained)
  4. ACA complies with all directions/orders of MD & rules/regulations of the CPSM
  5. Physician onsite, immediately available, may designate substitute supervising MD
