Orientation Sessions
Most of the information required to navigate successfully through the MSR rotation can be found in your Clerkship Manual. Another copy is handed out with the orientation package. On the first day of the MSR, a brief orientation will be included in the first of the Anesthesia lectures on Acute Pain Management. There will also be an orientation, as indicated in the above table, on the first day of your anesthesia rotation. This will review the important general information, as well as elaborating on the site-specific details. Attendance at the orientation sessions is mandatory.

There is an orientation package available in the Department of Anesthesia (at 2nd Floor Harry Medovy House, 671 William Ave.). This package will be sent to you prior to the first day of the MSR. It includes a log sheet, a course outline, and reference manual.
