Why are you here?
The goal of the clerkship is to produce competent physicians. The MSR rotation in Anesthesia has been designed to give you a grounding in some of the basic medical skills which are part of the special expertise of Anesthesiologists. If you have a specific interest in Anesthesia, there will be plenty of opportunity to expand into more Anesthesia-specific areas, but that is not the focus of this rotation. The specific topics include:
