Before applying to any graduate program, you must ensure that you have an advisor who is willing to acccept you as a graduate student. Contact only those faculty members who are currently accepting graduate students as indicated on the Faculty page, to inquire if they still have a position in their lab and are willing to accept you.
DO NOT mass mail professors. If you are considered harassing, your emails will be blocked.
Your official application and documents will be evaluated by the Admission Selection Committee at the departmental level.
To ensure sufficient time for evaluation and processing, completed applications and necessary supporting documents, including confirmation of provisional acceptance from prospective advisor, should be submitted to the Faculty of Graduate Studies at least one month prior to the dates shown in the table in the following link.
Due to possible delays in processing, earlier submission is recommended.
All students for whom English is not your primary language, you must complete a recognized English language proficiency test. The Department of Biochemistry and Medical Genetics require test scores greater than those required by the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS).
