The Biomedical Youth Program in partnership with Science Consultants in Winnipeg
School Divisions has delivered several workshops to selected science teachers.
These workshops, which are part of the professional development training for
teachers, are called “Learning and Leading Series”. The purpose of these workshops
is to engage science teachers in lectures and hands-on activities so that the
knowledge and skills that they gain can be applied to their classroom practices.
