Dr. Rob Lorway attained his PhD in Medical (Social and Cultural) Anthropology at the University of Toronto and his MA in Medical (Social and Cultural) Anthropology at Dalhousie. Dr. Lorway was awarded a Social Sciences and Humanities Council of Canada post-doctoral fellowship (McGill) and an International Centre for Infectious Diseases postdoctoral fellowship/CIHR Training Program. Dr. Lorway is deeply committed to AIDS research both within Canada and abroad and his research is making valuable contributions in the fields of public health. medical anthropology and globalization.
