Welcome to the Section of Neurology at the University of Manitoba. Based at the Health Sciences Centre and St. Boniface General Hospital in Winnipeg, the Section of Neurology at the University of Manitoba performs clinical services for Manitoba, northwestern Ontario, and Nunavut, teaching in clinical neurosciences at the University of Manitoba, and research in neurological diseases, including neurological infections, neuroimmunology, neurophysiology, and in the epidemiology of multiple sclerosis and movement disorders.
