Terms and conditions for downloading DRB typing trees:Terms and conditions for downloading DRB typing trees: The DRB typing trees were made based on Taxonomy-based Sequence Analysis (TBSA) for HLA allele assignment in the heterozygous situations that occur in sequence-based HLA typing (1, 2). The DRB typing trees were created, partially, with the assistance of a computer program developed by Embedded Solutions Inc. (KBB, Winnipeg, Canada). These typing trees were developed based on the 1999 DRB database (3). These DRB trees can be used for manual DRB typing of both homozygous and heterozygous DNA samples.
These DRB trees can be used for Academic Research and study only, and can not be used for commercial purpose without permission of University of Manitoba. If you used the typing trees for your research please cite the reference 1 and 2 in your publication
