Fieldwork Evaluation Feedback

At our Fieldwork Advisory Meeting on September 13, 2011, a committee was struck to undertake a review of the MOT Student Fieldwork Performance Evaluation Form and process. Currently being considered is the adoption of the Competency Based Fieldwork Evaluation or a revision of our current tool. In preparation for the next committee meeting (fall 2012) we would welcome any additional feedback from the practice community regarding your experiences with either of these tools.
