Mood Disorders Program (HSC)

Program Overview

The Mood Disorders Program of the Health Sciences Centre is a multidisciplinary clinical service providing comprehensive assessment and treatment for individuals with a wide range of mood disorders including chronic and acute conditions. The Program provides these services through a dedicated inpatient unit, day-hospital service, consultation clinics, outpatient follow-up clinics, cognitive behavioral therapy groups and an electroconvulsive therapy service. A physician referral is required to access clinical services through the Mood Disorders Program.

Members of the Mood Disorders Program are actively involved in a wide range of research endeavors in collaboration with members of the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Research Group
