Zita Bernstein Competition

Each year the Marcel A. Desautels Faculty of Music awards a cash prize for the best performance in German Lieder.


Eligibility:

1. Must be a registered full time student in any year of Major Practical Study (Voice) and/or Recital (voice) with a minumum course load of 18 credit hours (60% full course load)

2. Must participate in the Competition for the Performance of German Leider in which they perform three lieder by at least two different composers.


Please note that the timing of the Zita Bernstein competition has been moved to Spring:
this results in no competition during the calendar year 2013
