'Yoga Makes My Heart Sing' combines music and yoga in a new offering at Prep Studies. Classes incorporate simple uplifting songs into an exploration of child–appropriate yoga postures.

Having been her family’s informal yoga teacher for two generations, Prep director, Mary Hawn, has been pursuing formal yoga teacher training over the last few years including current study with the British Wheel of Yoga. Mary’s own musical professional life began many years ago as a folk singer, progressing through various related disciplines and areas of study including Kodaly and Orff.
