As part of our committment to providing the highest standard of music education to the public, we at the Division of Preparatory Studies make every effort to support and nurture the musical development of each of our students.
Unique to the Division of Preparatory Studies, the Enrichment Program is designed to challenge gifted young students in the areas of voice, piano, and instrumental music. Auditions for the Enrichment Program are held each year in June for admission into the progam for the following event year. Adjudicators evaluate the auditions, and select students to be admitted to the program. Those students recognized as being at the top of their level are also awarded tuition credits. Every auditioning student receives a written adjudication of their performance. Once accepted, Enrichment Program students commit to attending regular, weekly lessons and participating in a special program of masterclasses.
