All students are required to wear a name tag and crest on their uniform during clinical practice. The crest is to be sewn onto the left sleeve.

Beginning October, 2013, student name tags are crests should be ordered from the University of Manitoba Bookstore, General Readings desk.

The Faculty of Nursing will not be accepting orders for/selling name tags and crests, effective immediately.
