| Feb. 25 - The #4 University of Manitoba Bison will face off against the Saskatchewan Huskies for third place in Canada West after falling 3-0 (25-23, 25-18, 30-28) to Alberta in the Canada West Semifinal Friday afternoon in Saskatoon. Manitoba was led by Matt Balchin who had 14 kills while Toon van Lankvelt posted 13 kills and 7 digs. Manitoba will play #3 Saskatchewan on Saturday in the Canada West third place game. The Herd lost all four regular season matches with the Huskies this season. |
