| November 25 - The University of Manitoba Bisons defeated the Regina Cougars 3-0 (25-20, 25- 17 and 25-22). Bisons dominated in the first 2 sets, but it became close in the third with Regina leading by one until 21 points. At 22 it became tied and that's when the Biosns pulled away winning 25-22, to win the match. Nathan Toews had 10 kills and Josh Klassen had 9. Kyle Joslin had 34 assists and Toon Van Lankvelt had 5 defensive digs. The Bisons and Cougars have a rematch tommorow night at the Investors Group Athletic Center. |
