Research interests: Precambrian and Phanerozoic volcanism; evolution of greenstone belts; genesis of pyroclastic rocks; mafic and ultramafic plutons.
Student Research Programs available:
- Volcanogenic studies in the Lower Proterozoic Amisk and Flin Flon volcanoes, in particular the morphology, petrology, and geochemistry of subaerial and subaqueous lava flows, pyroclastic rocks, and associated sedimentary rocks.
