The LTC actively pursues the development of teaching and learning resources in collaboration with university faculties and departments.

In 2006, LTC worked with the Faculty of Dentistry to create a Curriculum Mapping Application to allow Dentistry to correlate competencies, learning outcomes, courses and assessment and evaluation instruments. The goal of this project was to produce an application extensible to other Faculties and programs using competency based assessment. This application was licensed to Digital Learning, a Winnipeg based company, and is now marketed as a commercial application under the name MyMaps.
