Duplication of copyrighted material is governed by the Canadian Copyright Act. It is the responsibility of the instructor to ensure that any copies to be placed on Reserve are within the limits of the Copyright Act.

Audio/video materials, CDs and DVDs will only be placed on reserve if they are the property of the Libraries or if the submitter is authorized to do so (i.e., is the owner of the item and is not submitting an unauthorized copy).

Placing student work on reserve requires a completed Permission to Place Student Work on Libraries' Reserve.
