I have forgotten my PIN/Password. How can I get it reset?

If you have forgotten your PIN you can have it e-mailed to yourself.

Otherwise, you can have the PIN reset for you. To do this you must:

  • Visit any UM Library Circulation counter in person
    OR
  • Call one of the Libraries' Circulation Desks

    474-9544 (Elizabeth Dafoe Library)
789-3342 (Neil John Maclean Health Sciences Library)
    474-9281 (Sciences and Technology Library)
    474-9997 (E.K. Williams Law Library)

    OR
  • Visit the LETS Office on the 3rd floor of the Elizabeth Dafoe Library

If your PIN is reset to the default pin, you MUST change it before you will be able to access the electronic resources (e-journals, NETDOC) from off-campus.
