Biography of Wiliam H. Hunt
William Harold Hunt was born in Quebec on November 24, 1884. He settled in Winnipeg in 1907 and completed his degree in Engineering. As an engineer, he worked in Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, and Selkirk and supervised construction of part of the Trans-Canada Highway. He also served as a Major in the Canadian Army,assigned to the training of military personnel. Hunt died in January 1976.
