Pup and Hound Lost and Found is a tale of two dogs, Pup and Hound, and how their misadventures lead them to the country fair. After taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the fair, Pup decides to find his OWN adventure and wanders off!

Ten squealing piglets raced

around the track. But Pup wandered off

when Hound turned his back.--

Hound must do all he can to find Pup and hopefully keep him out of trouble. Along his journey through the fair, Hound runs into an odd collection of characters, none of them Pup! The story flows well, with catchy rhymes to keep the reader enchanted. The story has a happy ending, with some very cute illustrations to match the text. I recommend this book for all elementary school collections.
