Welcome to the official PUBS 2008 website.
From the 21st to 23rd of February 2008, University of Manitoba graduate and undergraduate students from the Department of Biological Sciences and the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of the Environment, Earth, and Resources hosted the Prairie Universities Biological Symposium. The two-day symposium attracted over 90 students from the prairie Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
We were pleased to host 71 oral presentations during our two-day symposium and 11 poster presentations during our poster session that occured on the evening of Friday, February 22nd, 2008.
The organizing committee would like to thank all volunteers, sponsors, and our invited plenary speaker, Dr. Scott Forbes.
