 | The conference will be held from June 3 - 6, 1999 in Winnipeg, MB

| It will include 19 Symposia on the etiology, treatment and
outcomes of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The conference will also include
research presentations, poster sessions and a public forum on diabetes in high risk ethnic
groups. |
| We expect between 300 and 400 deldgates and 75 invited speakers to
attend. |
| The ICDCD will be held in downtown Winnipeg at the Winnipeg
Convention Centre with meetings and social events occuring in several venues. |
| The proceedings of the conference will be published and all those
attending will receive a copy at a substantial savings. |
