of the 2003 LCMND conference will be printed in December
of this year.

THE LINGUISTIC CIRCLE OF MANITOBA AND NORTH DAKOTA: ANNUAL MEETING, 20031. The next meeting of the Linguistic Circle of Manitoba and North Dakota
will be held in Grand Forks, ND on Saturday and Sunday October 18-19, 2003.
The conference will take place at:

2. Accomodations: A block of rooms has been set aside for conference participants. Please contact the hotel directly and mention the LCMN CONFERENCE to get the conference rates, which are as follows:
$ 58.30 (U.S.): Single Room
$ 60.50 (U.S.): Double Room
$ 70.40 (U.S.): Suite
Tax is included in these rates. Please make your reservation as soon as possible and NO LATER THAN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29.
3. Registration Fee (*PAY AT THE MEETING):
Regular Members: $ 27.00 (U.S.), $ 40.00 (Cdn.)
Student Members: $ 12.00 (U.S.), $ 20.00 (Cdn.)
The above fees include rolls, cookies, and beverages on both days.4. Banquet: The banquet will be held on Saturday, October 18, in a private dining room at Branigan's, which is across the street from the hotel. We will order from the menu and pay our own checks, to which a 15% gratuity will be added. I have been assured that our meals will be served in a timely fashion. PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, WHETHER YOU WILL ATTEND. 5. Business Lunch (*PAY AT THE MEETING): The business meeting will at noon on Sunday, October 19, and the following items will be served for lunch:
