2.Who
are we?
The
MHNP team includes physicians, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
The team will work with you to make sure your nutritional needs
are met and will also decide with you the best method for feeding
at home. Team members will also teach you how to give yourself the
nutrition you need, whether it is tube feeding, TPN or hydration.

6.Where
do I get my supplies?
If
you are on TPN or HT, the MHNP will provide all of the solutions
and supplies you need. If you are on tube feeds, the MHNP will provide
the formula you need if you have no other financial support (exception,
infants less than one year of age). Children may access home care
for their tube feeding supplies. The MHNP staff will teach you about
the supplies that you will need for your tube feedings and how to
care for them.
