Once an international development project has been funded the Office of International Relations can support UM faculty and staff in the set-up, daily management and eventual closure of the project. Some examples of the contribution that the Office of International Relations can make to the ongoing success of your project are:

• Guidance in finalizing agreement documents
• Project management advice and training for project team members
• Advice, training and support on preparing project narrative and financial reports
• Access to lessons learned from previous UM international development projects
• Problem solving and dispute resolution
• Representation to funding and government agencies
