The International Centre for Students (ICS) is the primary support unit for international students coming to the University of Manitoba to register in our study programs.

In recent years, Canadian universities have been hosting international research interns who come to the Canadian education institutions as grantees of international scholarship programs. OIR has been coordinating a number of these programs in cooperation with faculty units and student services.
