The University of Manitoba welcomes the opportunity to host guests from around the world to our campuses in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Office of International Relations co-ordinates visits of higher education and research institutions, government representatives, international organizations and dignitaries which are consistent with the University of Manitoba’s international strategy.  

Among the services the Office of International Relations offers are:

• Issuing letters of invitation for visa purposes
• Arranging meetings with University of Manitoba representatives and faculty members
• Consultation on potential partnership agreements
• Protocol advice and briefing materials to prepare UM representatives for hosting international visitors

In order to effectively prepare for your visit, we ask you to complete and submit a Visit Request Form below at least six (6) weeks prior to the arrival of a planned delegation.  Please contact Patricia Maruschak for more information:
