One of the priorities of the University of Manitoba, through the office of the Vice-President (Academic) & Provost, is to develop innovative undergraduate programs in partnership with Red River College, reflect advances in knowledge, and anticipate emerging provincial and national needs.

Red River College and the University of Manitoba offer joint programs or credit transfers in American Sign Language, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Nursing, Social Work, and Transportation and Logistics. There are other partnerships between libraries and with Campus Manitoba and Career Trek.
