CLIFF EYLAND'S WINNIPEG LIBRARY INSTALLATION - 05 The photograph above, taken by William Eakin, shows Craig Love placing a file card work on an MDF panels. The works were arranged more or less randomly on the panels mostly by Janet Rothney, (below) a junior employee at the library hired by Eyland to do a kind of "scattered cataloguing" on the wall. The partly installed work can be seen behind Mr. Love, as can the black screw heads that hold the panels up: they represent point particles within Eyland's scheme to have the wall read as a work about cosmology.
