- For the submission of a full-length paper, the manuscript and registration must be submitted by July 1, 2009 (Closed).
提交研究论文者, 论文全文必须在7月1日之前提交或从当地邮局寄出(以邮戳为准)， 一名主要作者的注册需要在7月1日之前完成 (已经截止)。
- For poster presentation, abstract () and registration must be submitted by September 30, 2009 (extended)(Closed).
展示壁报者，一名主要作者可以在注册时一并提交摘要(); 或先行注册，之后再由同一作者提交论文摘要，提交论文摘要的最后期限延期至9月30日(已经截止)
- 投论文摘要者，可以自愿参加壁报展示及优秀壁报评选，壁报大小为100cm×150cm，请参加壁报展示的人员提前准备壁报.
- Registration without abstract can be submitted by November 1, 2009.
凡是计划参加会议，而既不提交论文摘要也不提交研究论文者，或在提交研究论文或论文摘要时没有注册的其他作者，必须在11月1日之前完成注册 (网络注册已经截止，有意愿参加会议的人员，也可于现场注册)。
