I was born in Flin Flon, MB and went to the U of M from 1957 to 1963. I received my B.Sc. in 1961 and my M.Sc. in 1963. I was one of the first 3 M.Sc. Statistics students. My supervisor was Gilbert Paul.

Currently Emeritus Professor, Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact (HE&I), Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, Hamilton ON.
