Supplemental Instruction - SI provides students with an opportunity to work together in a group study environment. Students work together on problems, compare notes, and discuss classroom issues under the guidance of a peer who has previously taken the course. This is a free resource that is offered by the Academic Learning Centre.
The U of M Tutor Registry - If you wish to hire your own private tutor, the U of M tutor registry contains a listing of tutors who have taken tutor training and who have at least a B+ in the courses that are listed in their profiles.
Chemistry Help Centre - The Chemistry Help Centre offers free tutoring by Chemistry professors and graduate students. It is located in 128 Parker Building.
Computer Science Help Centre- The Computer Science Help Centre offers free tutoring on the 4th floor of the Engineering (E2) building in room 422A. The help centre can be contacted by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Math Help Centre - The Math Help Centre offers tutoring by graduate students in room 412 Machray Hall.

The Physics Help Centre - The Physics Help Centre is run by the Organization of Physics Undergraduate Students (OPUS). They offer free tutoring--for first-year courses only--in room 114 of the Allen Building.
Statistics Help Centre - The Stats Help Centre offers free tutoring in their computer lab in room 311 Machray Hall.

The Science Students' Association - The SSA offers tutoring for free by connecting students with tutors. They are located in room 209 Armes. Applications for tutors should be made directly at 209 Armes.
Students Offering Support - SOS provides exam prep sessions for a fee of $20 per session. Their goal is to help students while also raising money for developing communities in Latin America.
The Biological Sciences UnderGraduate Students Society - BUGS is located in room 111 of the Biological Sciences Building. They have information on test banks, books, and old exams. They can be contacted at email@example.com.
Chem Club - The University of Manitoba Undergraduate Chemistry Club is located in 134 Parker. They offer a variety of resources to help Chemistry students.
