Campus Tours

General campus tours are available on most Fridays at 10:00am and 2:00pm.  Tours are also available upon request between Monday and Friday during regular business hours.  Please note that we do not offer campus tours on weekends or holidays.

Tours are most suitable for students in Grade 11 and up.  Parents, family, and friends are welcome to attend.

Most campus tours are approximately 90 minutes in length and focus on the spots and services of most relevance to new or incoming university students.

General Campus tours typically involve:

  • A short advisory session outlining admission requirements and application deadlines
  • Student services and important offices
  • Examples of typical first-year classrooms
  • Visits to faculty buildings
  • Campus libraries
  • Campus recreation and social opportunities
  • Student residences

Faculty-Specific Tours
The University of Manitoba is pleased to host faculty-specific campus visits on select Fridays in November.

Group tours or school tours are available upon request throughout the year and are most suitable for high-school students in Grade 10 and up.
