Campus Tours

Campus tours are available weekly for prospective students (who have not yet been admitted) in Grades 10, 11 and 12 or mature learners, and their friends and family.

Campus tours are offered year round on Fridays, including over the summer months. All tours are offered on our Fort Garry campus, the home of the majority of our academic programs and all of the U of M's direct entry programs. We do not offer campus tours on weekends or holidays.

Register for a tour by selecting a date and time below. Additional dates will be posted soon.

Campus tours are approximately 90 minutes in length and focus on the buildings and services of most relevance to new university students. All tours conclude with a short advising session where we provide detailed information about our application process and can answer any specific questions you may have.

Some of the areas we focus on as part of our tours include:

  • Student services and important offices
  • Examples of typical classrooms
  • Visits to popular faculty buildings
  • Campus libraries
  • Campus recreation and social opportunities
  • Student residences

Registered guests meet on the 2nd floor of UMSU University Centre, outside the Student Life office. All guests are encouraged to park in the UMSU University Centre parkade. Click here for a map with directions to parking.
