*Students are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible.
Applications are handled on a first come first serve basis

Withdrawal:

If a student is unable to attend the course and must withdraw

  • the student must request a refund in writing
  • all written requests must be accompanied by the original receipt
  • the application fee, deposit and homestay placement fee are non-refundable

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Students must be 18 years or older at the start of the Program.
  • International students must meet Canadian Study Permit (Visa) requirements.

Visa rejection

  • If the Canadian Government rejects your application for documents necessary to enter Canada, the ELC will refund all tuition fees. You must apply for this refund in writing, and include a copy of the letter of rejection.

  • The English Language Centre must be notificed of the visa rejection before the start of the program or else our regular withdrawal fees will apply.


Course cancellation:

The University reserves the right to cancel any course and refund fees in full if registration is insufficient.
