We are upgrading our job/volunteer posting site and are very pleased to announce we are moving to a new system.   As of Monday, October 24th, we will no longer be using Workopoliscampus.com to post jobs. 

Our new system is user friendly and will help us track and service our students and employers better.   To access our new site go to:  uofmcareerservices.ca

Employers:  You will be able to create an account and post your own job and volunteer opportunities at your convenience.

To post a job/volunteer opportunity, here’s how:

1. Create an account 
   Employer account will not be active immediately as there may be a processing time of up to 2 days as accounts are being validated during this transition.  Once approved, you may access your account at anytime.
2. Enter the job & volunteer postings directly in the new system. 
   Job & volunteer postings will be subject to review by our staff prior to going ‘live’ within the new system. This will be done within a 24 hour window and you will receive an e-mail notification.

In the transition phase between old and new systems, please note:

• Submissions received prior to Thursday, October 20, 2011 will have been posted on WorkopolisCampus.com.  The postings will remain active on WorkopolisCampus.com until Tuesday, Oct 25, 2011.  After this date all postings on their web-site will be removed.
• Employers are encouraged to re-submit previous job & volunteer postings on the new system.  Students will be directed to the new site as of Monday, October 24th.
