This popular, interactive program was designed to build intercultural awareness in a diverse group setting, as well as develop leadership, public speaking, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills. Participants will meet once a week for 8 sessions throughout one academic term – participants must attend all sessions in order to receive recognition on the Co-Curricular Record. Past participants have emphasized that the confidence and self-awareness they developed during this program have been invaluable in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
