STUDENTS WITHOUT BORDERS INTERNSHIPS IN MALAWI AND VIETNAM

Presented by World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the World W.I.S.E. Resource Centre.

World University Service of Canada (WUSC) and the World W.I.S.E. Resource Centre are looking for up to 5 talented U of M students to participate in challenging, intense, and enriching cross-cultural learning experiences in Malawi and Vietnam! 

  • Choose your own learning experience
  • Work in a developing country
  • Apply theoretical concepts to real work
  • Contribute in a tangible way to real development projects

    Since 2009, a growing number of U of M students have participated in this exciting opportunity, part of the more than 300 students from 45 universities across Canada that have accepted the challenge!

    Successful applicants will receive a $2,000 bursary and a $500 travel award from the World W.I.S.E. Resource Centre and Financial Aid and Awards.  Faculty-based bursaries and travel awards may also be available.

    INTERNSHIP LOCATIONS:  Malawi and Vietnam

    INTERNSHIP DATES:  Summer 2012

    INTERNSHIP DURATION:  3 months (4-month internships may also be possible)
