Head Start will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 9 am to 2 pm. It will include a complimentary lunch, prizes and useful information sessions for students, and their family and friends alike.

The tentative schedule for the day is as follows:

9:00-9:30        Program Welcome
9:45-10:45      Student Success Session OR Family & Friends Info Session
11:00-12:00    Faculty session (see below for participating faculties)
11:00-3:00      Student Photo ID Card centre open
12:00-1:00      BBQ Lunch
12:00-2:00      University Information Fair
12:15-1:15      Campus tours begin (45min tours depart every 15 minutes until 1:15)
12:30-1:00      Residence Information Session
1:00-2:00        Residence Tours (drop by the Residence table at the Info Fair)

All university applicants to undergraduate programs at the Fort Garry campus are automatically invited and you will be sent a postcard and email with more information about registration.

Please note: For students who have applied to the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management, your faculty recommends that you attend a University 1 session if you choose to attend Head Start. Admitted applicants will be invited for a faculty specific orientation upon admission.
