Fall and Winter Term

All students who register using Aurora Student are assigned a registration time based on the program in which they are enrolling. In most cases, returning students will register in descending order of grade point averages. In some faculties, other criteria, such a year in program, are used to determine your registration time.

Determine your Registration Time for the Fall/Winter 2013-2014 terms through Aurora Student on or after July 8, 2013. Go to Aurora Student; select ‘Enrolment and Academic Records’, then ‘Registration’, and then ‘Registration Time & Status’.

Once your Registration Time starts, you will continue to have access to the registration system for the remainder of the registration period.

On the Registration Time and Status page you can also check to see if there are any holds that may prevent registration, that your program is listed correctly, and that your student status permits registration. If your program is listed incorrectly, or if your student status does not permit registration, please contact your faculty or school general office.

 

Summer Session

For the first 5 days of registration, spaces in most courses are released each day in equal numbers to ensure fair access for all students.  E.g. If a course has 50 spaces available, 10 spaces will be released each day.

During these 5 days of registration, the only day you may register is determined by the last two digits of your Student Number (see below). You may register between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 pm on your day of registration.

Starting Monday, March 25 registration will be open to all students and will continue until the final dates to register for Summer Session.
